Impact
Replaced outdated LMS recording; built reusable AI-enabled tools

This course replaced a three-year-old recording of someone speaking over slides in our LMS (the only existing resource in the LMS for new team members learning about lighting equipment and efficient lighting incentive programs). The project had a five-week timeline with a structured three-round review process: SME review of the written content, an internal review of the interactive course against team standards, and a final SME review of visuals, interactions, and overall approval.

I managed the project, audited the existing material, identified content gaps, and rebuilt the course from the ground up using our team's storyboard and course templates. I also developed two Microsoft Copilot agents to streamline production — one for generating knowledge check questions and one for creating custom code blocks for Rise 360 — tools that are now reusable across the broader L&D team.

The final Rise 360 course is modular, accessible, and includes a custom interaction that goes beyond Rise's default options, making the learning more hands-on and engaging.

From Raw Recording to Structured Course

Starting from a caption file and outdated slides, I cleaned and restructured the source material into a complete storyboard.

I filled content gaps, drafted learning objectives, and wrote knowledge checks aligned to team standards with the assistance of a Copilot agent trained on our internal documentation.

From Storyboard to Custom Interaction

The approved storyboard translated directly into a modular Rise 360 course, with a custom code block that lets learners engage with real-world product replacement.
